Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 July 2026

andback is early software for planning off-road EV trips. Join the waitlist or use andback and you're agreeing to what's below. We kept it plain on purpose — you shouldn't need a lawyer to read our terms.

Plan with it. Don't bet your safety on it.

andback's routes, range numbers, and charging info are for planning, and they come as-is. Out past the pavement, things change fast — roads close, chargers go dark, and real-world range never quite matches the math. Our data can be incomplete, or flat-out wrong.

So don't lean on andback as your only way to navigate, or for anything safety-critical. Carry real maps and a backup. Check current conditions and closures. Confirm your charging ahead of time. Respect the land and its access rules. And trust your own judgment first — you're the one responsible for you, your passengers, and your vehicle.

What andback is right now

An alpha. Features will change, things will occasionally break, and now and then data can get lost. We don't promise it'll always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted — we're building it in the open, with you.

Using it fairly

What's ours

The andback name, brand, software, and design belong to us. The map and charging data underneath come from public and third-party sources, under their own terms.

Where our responsibility ends

To the fullest extent the law allows, andback and the people who make it aren't liable for any loss, injury, or damage that comes from using the service or relying on its information. andback is provided without warranties of any kind.

If these change

We may update these terms as andback grows. When we do, we'll change the date above — and using andback after that means you're good with the current version.
